The Service allows you to generate game assets ("Generated Content") using artificial intelligence.

  • You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the prompts you provide to the Service.
  • We claim no ownership over the Generated Content you create through the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute the Generated Content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service.
  • If you choose to "Publish to Community," you grant Spritrix and other users a license to view, use, and remix your Generated Content as part of the Service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spritrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.
